Would you say its slightly oversized? Would it fit a small?

@yufeichen19 Hello. This sweater is an oversized fit. I bounce between an XS and S and the fit is relaxed on me.... pretty much exactly how it’s pictured on the model. It measures approximately 20” across and 21.5” long. Hope this helps!
