Hi is this like new condition? And how does this fit does it run true to size or run big or small? I’m usually a medium but small since Madewell run big around the chest area

Is it wide in the chest area bc usually with madewwll tops I find the chest area wide and I’m pretty small chested so I go with the small instead of medium for tops
