Preowned, there is a slight flaw in the front. It’s really hard to see. It’s in the last picture. There is a very subtle line. The fabric is very vibrant and this flaw is really hard to see. The front is a v neck. The skirt is a wrap with a side slit. The sleeves are a see thru fabric. The back has an 18” zipper. The front has a one and one half inch waistband.
