Madewell Flea Market Flares in a classic medium wash in great condition. In my opinion, it fits more like a roomy 26 or a 27. Mid-rise waist with a long inseam, best worn with boots or heels if you are 5'7" or under. I believe most of the Flea Market Flares were made with a 31 inch inseam. Super soft material, 98% cotton and 2% elastane.
