NWT Madewell Hutson Pants. Cropped burgundy velvet, size S. Viscose/Silk blend fabric, they have ean elastic waist which makes them super stretchy. **Please note the pants are the ones in the first photos paired with the black shirt. The other photos are a different pair of pants, but I posted so you could see what they would look like if you have a short inseam (28"). Model if first photo is 5'8" for reference. Also the true in person color is somewhere in between these two pairs of pants.

lechapeaurouge @l_franchesa Hi thank you for your message! I will check the tag this evening, but I don't think it has much stretch if any. It has a loose, flowy fit though so it doesn't really need stretch to be comfortable.

lechapeaurouge @l_franchesa Hi, they are 75% viscose, 25% polyamide. No stretch in the fabric, so only stretch in the waistband. I think the lack of stretch makes the fabric look more dressy and high quality (I have a similar pair with stretch in fabric and looks more casual for some reason).
