Madewell Judy Polka Dot Pleated Chiffon Skirt

Beautiful sheer chiffon-like pleated skirt in navy with deep red polka dots. Madewell brand, purchased from Shopbop. Elastic waist - but not a junky elastic waist if you know what I mean. Really amazing quality overall. Marked size Small but the elastic waist makes it flexible enough to accommodate medium too. (I’m normally a medium.) Skirt is lined and hits right below the knee. (I’m 5’ 6.5” for reference.) Worn once briefly. Perfect condition.
