Madewell Morningside Shift Dress Shirttail Sleeveless V-neck Royal Blue

Reposhing this bold blue dress I purchased as NWOT from @vital_style. Loved it, but ended up using only once. Hangs straight down from the shoulders. Can also be styled with a belt cinched at the waist. Its lightweight and flowy, very comfortable yet flattering. Versatile piece — dress it up or down. Excellent used condition, no flaws. Laying flat armpit to armpit measures 23” and length 39”. The back side is bit longer than the front. Let me know me if you need more info.
