Navy blue maxi dress from Madewell. V neck with a tassel tie. Two slits to the knee, one on each side. Elastic at the waist for a good line and fit. Great for a summer wedding or beach party. Small tear at bottom of v neck, as shown. Imperceptible while wearing. Worn once.
