Super cute cotton off white and navy striped embroidered strapless shirt dress by Madewell. Size 0. Straps are adjustable. Bust 17 in. Waist 14 inches. Skirt os fairly full-this is a loser fit. Dress is approximately 42 inches long. the straps have been very slightly altered to be shorter but it would be easier to undo them if you wanted. Dress is otherwise on excellent condition with no issues. Smoke-free home.
