In good condition, no stains or flaws. No longer fits so my loss - your gain! I’d say this is closer to a 4 as I wore 26-27 in Madewell when I bought this. Thanks for looking! 98% cotton 2% elastane Waist is about 13” across and would sit at your natural waist for a bit higher rise. Overall length is 17”
