I loaded pictures with measurements. The one you asked about is 22 7/8” without stretching (laying flat). Thanks again for your interest and Patience 😃

free_spirit29 @denisalee123 I’ll measure the large but the fabric has quite a bit of stretch so I’m afraid that the large will be too big and baggy. I do accept returns for any reason so if you go with the medium and they don’t work I’ll support a return request. Just let me know. I can measure the large as soon as I finish changing my daughter’s IV. Thanks again for your support!
