Dark blue with thin white stripes. Can we worn two ways, off the shoulder or not. Elastic top. Please see photos. For fit reference I am 5’4, 125 pounds and wore XXS for a crop top fit. No flaws. Inside tag has been cut out. But garment can be washed on delicate cold and laid flat to dry. 17” length 16.5” armpit to armpit
