@bijald I’d say pretty true to size maybe slightly more on the looser side since it is a baby doll fit and it isn’t nor is supposed to be tight on. I’m usually a XXS in madewell since most of their styles tend to fit oversized otherwise I’m usually a XS in other brands

@mbrant13 Hi! No it’s from the neckline to the bottom, I just measured and the shoulder to the hem is about 35 inches

@mbrant13 That is when hung though, there is also a lot stretch on the neckline and shoulder so it really depends and you can also wear off the shoulder
