Madewell Texture & Thread Smocked Peplum Tank Top in black. Marked size S, runs a bit small but smocked material is VERY stretchy and top is meant to be fitted. Body measures 12.5” unstretched, straps measure 7.5” from shoulder, total length shoulder to hem 22”. Very good condition, only worn once.
