Madewell Striped Cold-Shoulder Dress

Tank top sleeves with added ruffle off-the-shoulder sleeves. Super pretty and comfortable for summer. Very easy to wear! It is hard to tell if the stripes and blue or black, but because of the way it is stitched it appears like white and grey stripes. Runs slightly small. 100% cotton Lined
