This superfeminine dress with rainbow stitching has a smocked bodice and short swingy skirt. Measurements laying flat: PTP: 15 and smocked so lots of stretch Modification- The straps have been cut to modify the dress length. Originally Falls 38 1/4" from high point of shoulder. this dress falls 28inches from shoulder to hem. The straps are now 4 inches from top of shoulder to bodice.
