Beautiful shoulder/ crossbody bag. Not the right size for what I need so unable to make use of it. Didn’t get around the returning it in time but I have used it just once. It is in pristine condition and excellent quality from Madewell. Hope someone can enjoy this classy and versatile piece, and make good use of it as it’s sure to last many years! There is one flaw it arrived with as pictured which does not impact functionality at all and is concealed on the underside of the shorter strap. I think it could be easily fixed with a drop of leather glue.
