shy_wolf @ramata_e hip measures 21” laying flat and across the bottom of the skirt it measures 23.5”

ramata_e Sounds like a great fit for the hips, but is the waist really 15.5? That would be too small. I own this skirt is size 14 and it's a little big so I thought size 12 would be great, but that waist would be too small. The size 14 waist is 17.5.

shy_wolf @ramata_e yes I just double checked and it measures 15.5 inches across the top of the waist. I have a 33 inch waist and it fits a bit tight but I can zip it up.
