Madewell Velvet tie-front short sleeve v neck top

Beautiful dark/navy blue velvet. Perfect condition! Great for holiday party. Wore once or twice, too big for me. It says S but I would say it fits like M. You can see my other posts for size reference. Let me know if you have any questions about measurements:)
