@hannahdotzler hi, thanks for the question! I am not at home right now, but I will measure it when I get home. I did see the sweater in grey in another listing and she was showing 21 inches (but I will verify when I get home!). I also looked at the madewell reviews of the sweater and most everyone said it was true to size 😀
