Madewell perfect vintage crop jeans Sudbury wash

Reposhing these jeans I purchased from @kassycloset. They're in great shape, but these run large - while listed as a 28, I'm normally a 28 and they're too big on me. Waist measurement is more like 15" (see photo) so would be better for a 29/30! The zipper was broken when I purchased (popped off the track), but I repaired it.
