Madewell short sleeve patterned white dress with black tassels (size XS)

Super cute short sleeve dress with tassels on the hem. Please note that there are small stains in the front (they’re captured in the photo but are barely noticeable because of the pattern). Perhaps removable with a little elbow grease. 100% viscose with a polyester lining.
