Madewell size 32 skinny skinny olive pants

These pants are in excellent condition, however, I normally wear madewell size 31/32 and I could not even get these over my hips!! The waist measures at 17 inches, but the legs are very tight and have little stretch to them. I’m 5’3 and they would have been perfect height wise. So, if you’re around my height and normally wear a 30 in madewell, these will probably fit you! *the color is olive green, hard to capture on camera. They look brown here, but they have hint of green in them.
