Hey! I’m super interested because I have this already in Xsmall but it’s too tiny in the hips and need a replacement! Could you provide a measurement of the width for the size small, especially at the bottom? And this is the heavy, pretty hearty style of the jacket right? It looks light but has some weight to it?
