Brand new with tag. It is a beautiful dress to wear for evening or prom night. A mesh fabric with embedded velour circle from shoulder to hem line. Underneath the mesh is a polyester flower print on black background. Underneath the dress is a polyester slip on from chest area to hem line. On the bottom of the slip on a ruffle mesh sewn on to the slip on. A belt with a ribbon knot design around the waist. The belt is secure with snap on for your convenient. There are three snap on and a small button to secure the back neckline. Shoulder to hem line 38". Pit to pit/chest 18". Sleeveless opening 6 1/2". Belt 33 1/2". Shoulder to shoulder 13". Ruffle mesh length inside the dress 8". Shell/exterior 100% polyester, Lining 100% polyester. Zipper at the back of the dress. It is a flare dress. Wonderful for dancing. Size 8.
