I love this dress so much, but it was a little tight across the chest and shoulders. Make sure you are a 2 and not a 6 like me. :) Black and white with green stripe accent and a cool uneven hem line. Quirky yet professional. From a non-smoking home Measurements are approximate but done in good faith: Pit to Pit: 16 Length: 39 Shoulder: 15 Sleeve: 20 There are string loops for a belt, but I don't have the belt. You could easily cut them off and wear without a belt.
