Beautiful linen/cotton short sleeve dress by Anthropologie - Maeve. Has side pockets and ruffled sleeves. Super cute on! I don’t see a size in the tag, but I am a size 12 and it fits me. Pit to pit- 22.5” Shoulder to hem- 36.5” Hip to hip- 23 1/4”
