Maeve Anthropologie ribbed turtleneck

Anthropologie blue and white striped ribbed turtleneck. I thought this was the cutest ever- and it fits long in the sleeve and torso which is nice- but the shoulders have a slight ruffle that just makes me look waaaaaay to broad across the top. Never been worn, tags still attached, I just didn’t feel like returning and paying for return shipping
