candacelau Can I please have bust and waist measurements?

tracymayne @candacelau laying flat bust is 28 inches and (high) waist is 26 inches. however there is smocking so it stretches. I am usually a size 4 in dresses but went with a 2 in this one because of the strapless design. I wear a 32DD bra and it still fits me.

tracymayne @candacelau yes. no luck. i think it is barbecue sauce from a wedding. with the pleats you can't really see it though unless you look for it.
