Is not lined, fabric has nice weight. Black and white pattern with flower color way of white, green, red, blue, peach and hot pink. Very pretty multi floral pattern. lindsey_weems @emily_0067 hi! The dress does not have stretch. It is a true 28” at the waist. The dress form that I have it on in the pictures is a true size 6. I am away from home for about two weeks, so my closet is on vacation. 😊

lindsey_weems @emily_0067 Yes! Even in the bust I think it is small. I would say if you are a 4 it would fit well.
