New with tags, bought in 2018 and never worn. PLEASE NOTE: was bought with a missing hook loop in chest area. Very easy to fix as hook is present (see pic). Creamy white color with black polka dots, wrap style dress, side zipper, waist tie. Multiple layers of light, soft fabric, ruched sleeves, high-low hem. Lots of great little details like buttons on sleeve (comes with spare button as well). I bought this for my rehearsal dinner but ended up wearing a different dress. Absolutely gorgeous and timeless!
