Maeve off-the shoulder top

So cute and French-inspired! I got this short from a palette pull of flawed items, so this hasn’t been worn. There’s just a little bit of thread pulling off the cinched portion in front (see last photo). Probably an easy fix for the crafty or sewing-minded!
