beautiful blue crushed velvet dress with collar and wrap front. wrap has a buckle belt loop. sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned to stay rolled or worn down. has hidden zipper on left side. has slip inside. waist is about 13.5" across. pit to pit is about 16" across. length is about 33-35" since the hem is a rounded hem. no stretch to this dress.
