Purchase this skirt and a consignment shop in France, beautiful quality. Rich, soft, velour, fully lined. The label is all faded but I believe the skirt is cotton with an acetate lining from comparing it to similar ones I found. Color is soft, see the video for accuracy. Beautiful print!
