Magenta/Pink Luella for Target dress

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION! Part of the Luella x Target collection that came out in the mid 2000s. Outer shell is 100% cotton, lining is polyester. Black tulle netting at the bottom. Measures approx 27 inches from top of dress to hem, 16 inches across the waist. Size tag was cut off but I’d say it’s equivalent to an XL/size 14. Not worn often but definitely in used condition—the neckline sounds a little “crunchy.” Not sure if it’s old elastic or something. Still very wearable and cute!
