this Maggie Barnes broomstick skirt with lace print is I believe from he 1990s. It is classic worry free fashion as it is 100% polyester so is machine washable. After washing, tie rubber bands on sections of the skirt and hang to dry to maintain the pleated broomstick effect. Anyhow, the print has sort of a sublimation look to it. Skirt is fully lined. Length measurement: 39" size 2x (22/24w)
