This is a beautiful and delicate party dress in black with spaghetti straps. See thru skirt and the dress is lined throughout. Never worn and I bought it in 2007. And really I have never worn it. I bought it for a special occasion and that didn’t happen but this dress is beautiful and now i would say it is a one of a kind. Side zipper. Bust: 16 1/2” Waist: 15 1/2” Length: 35” I measured from the bust down not the top of the strap
