I wore this dress once to a wedding. It can be versatile, as dressed up, or casual. It is kicky and kind of flirtatious. The ruffled deep V neck is 9 inches deep, with a ruffle that continues around the back of the neck. It has modified cap sleeves. From the shoulder to the hem, it is 37 inches long. It is 16 inches wide from shoulder to shoulder, but the V neck opening allows for a wider bodice. I purchased it at Nordstrom's.
