ashd2017 @drippingpixies for bust I measured pit to pit and it measures 16.5 inches, but know there are cups in this dress and I’m a B cup. Waist Is 26 inches. I measured right where the top and skirt meet. Let me know if you have additional questions!

ashd2017 @rickford2012 the hip is very flowy in this dress but per the Maggie Sottero website hip measurements in size 8 are 38.5 inches. I’d say this dress allows for some wiggle room in hip size since it is flowy in the hips. https://www.maggiesottero.com/blog/wedding-dress-size-chart-maggie/
