Very bright yellow button down blouse with shoulder pads. By Maggie Sweet. Because of the shoulder pads I think it might be vintage. Plus size 1X. Has the crinkle look with flowers. From armpit to armpit, lying flat 24” Length is 30” Sleeves are 11-1/2” I looked up Maggie Sweet and I think if they have shoulder pads they are vintage. Clear tote with hinged white lid
