Magic It Fits Black Satin Dress

Considered a one size fits all dress, but I think it would fit best for a M to 1X. Dress is accordion pleated throughout, slips on with half sleeves, v-neck, and a tiered skirt. Soft and lightweight. NWT. See last two photos for bust and length measurements. Bust unstretched is 16 inches laying flat, but easily stretches up to 27 inches laying flat.
