Stunning Eve of Milady dress (style 4368) with sweetheart swarvoski beaded corset top and beautiful bottom full of different layers of tulle, sparkle tulle and other delicate materials. The whole dress sparkles and has a whimsical feel. I wore mine for a night wedding and it was utterly magical. I received so many compliments on the dress.
Dress was purchased from Panache Beverly Hills in Summer of 2018 and worn for wedding in September.
It looks the waist was 11" to 11.5" from one side of waist
