Magnetic way to apply lashes. No glue or liner needed. Natural fullness. Reusable. New in package. To be clear...as pictured there are TWO SETS of lashes in the case for a total of FOUR lashes. Each set has to be gently taken apart. There is a card in the box with a link to a video showing how to separate them, attach them to the applicator and apply them.

terri_hott Hi I purchased these from you and aren’t they supposed to have four lashes so that two lashes would be clamped together? Making a set for both eyes. I only received one set of two lashes for a total of two separate lashes. Shouldn’t there be a total of four separate lashes?

redheadedgal62 Yes, there should have been. I bought three at the same time and only opened the one I'm using and as shown in the pic above (which is of mine) where there are two lashes on either side of that case connected by thin strips with the magnets. I know with mine it was very hard to get the strips apart the first time. I will open the other unopened set I have listed (even though I wanted to leave them sealed so that they were untouched for whoever purchased them) and check them.

redheadedgal62 @terri_hott the other set I have for sale has two pairs of lashes as shown in the picture. Each set has to be carefully pulled apart. I can exchange the pair you have for those if you like. But I would like that pair back so I can follow up on my original purchase of them for a refund.

terri_hott I’m sorry but I already threw the box away (my bad) so we can’t do the upgrade. I appreciate your help and your generous offer of a solution. I will check out the other sets you have in your closet. Just an idea, you might want to consider a more detailed description disclosing that there are only one set of lashes. To be clear, these don’t pull apart, there are only 2 lashes and not a total of four? You’re a great seller and I very much appreciate you getting back to me so fast💖

redheadedgal62 @terri_hott no- probably not unfortunately. I am truly very confused by this. The description does not say there is only "one set of lashes" because in the one that I'm using AND the one I still have listed, there are TWO pair just as the picture above shows. The four lashes do not come separated. Each side is one pair and they have to be gently taken apart. There should have been a card in the box giving a video link on how to take them apart, attach them to the applicator and apply.

terri_hott @redheadedgal62 hi again! Great news. After you said you had a hard time getting the lashes to separate, I went back and tried again. YES there are 4 lashes total. I hadn’t tried hard enough because I didn’t want to damage them. Thanks again!
