deebutterflies @mzim sorry for the delay. I was away on my honeymoon. In my opinion it works really well at controlling your appetite. My problem with it is that it's most effective worn on the right side and I answer the phones at work all day and I kept hitting it and bruising my ear. I wore it mostly on weekends but then gave up on it.
