NWT. Full-size. Includes one pair of "9 To 5" Megnetude magnetic lashes (reusable!) and one tube of Magnetude Classic Magnetic Eyeliner in Black. HOW IT WORKS... Apply one coat of magnetic eyeliner. Allow to dry for two minutes. Apply a second coat. Allow eyeliner to dry completely. Starting from the inner corner of the eyelid, apply magnetic eyelashes. When happy with placement, lightly press lashes to set. Eyeliner is made in the USA. Smoke-free home.
