Magnolia Place Party Skirt, size L (but runs small), Red, sequins and tule skirt

Knee-length party skirt with tule and sequins. Great for holiday parties, especially, or whatever fun dressy occasion you want! Size runs small --- I wear sizes 6-8 and it is too small for me. It would be great for a size 4-6 person. No tags, but never worn.
