Magnolia South tank top feathers Boutique brand

Got this from a stylish local boutique, and only wore it 1x. Fully lined, lovely floaty fabric. No size tag, but please see measurements below. I’d say it would best fit a S, but possibly an XS or M depending on desired fit. Measurements taken flat: Bust 18” Waist 20” Shoulder to hem 26”
