Magnolia Boutique Dressy Peplum Blouse Women's Size M Medium This blouse is navy blue with orange-ish brown flowers with green leaves and off white accents. The fabric is lightweight and slightly sheer. It has a v neck front with an elastic waist with gathers. The sleeve are long with elastic wrists with bell like ruffle hems. It is in excellent hardly used condition however please know it does have thread pulls. Please know the sizing/fabric content label has been removed.
