Mainframe vtg silver sheer mesh cardigan blouse y2k 90s top shirt black vintage

About 20" from pit to pit. Tag says size small but definitely more of a large. I wore this as a loose cardigan/top/blouse when I was a size small/xs. Says dry clean only but I machine washed it several times as it's polyester. Vintage with intentional discoloration throughout.
