Maison Jules Sleeveless Navy Dress with White Polka Dots

Dress is navy blue with small white polka dots. Buttons up at the top, has elasticized drawstring waist. Sleeveless, with shirttail hem. Smocked on upper back. Fully lined. Shell and lining are both 100% polyester. FLAT measurements: Waist is approx 13", armpit to armpit is approx 17 1/2", Length from shoulder to longest point of the hem in front is approx 34" and length from waist is approx 18". I purchased it new at Macy's and never wore it, so it has no stains or rips.
